Press Release: Volunteers visit to Guatemala’s Taiwan University who entered the country to provide interesting workshops on the Culture of Taiwan. The workshop topics are varied, including Taiwanese cuisine and cooking, tea ceremony, calligraphy art, craft and art of Chinese painting on paper fans.
In order to promote cultural exchange and strengthen further the ties of friendship between Taiwan and Guatemala, Guatemala reach a group of seven young people from different universities in Taiwan, who, under the auspices of the Embassy of the Republic of China ( Taiwan) to visit the country to spread the Guatemalan people interesting aspects of the culture of Taiwan.
There are six young people in this group of volunteers, who are led by Professor Kuan Wu. The group will arrive in the country on July 5 and will remain until 17 July. During his stay in the country, the Taiwanese students use their vacation time in Taiwan to come to Guatemala to teach cultural workshops in the capital city.
